On a quiet day in Idaho, I found myself traveling this gravel country road that sweeps toward the hazy foothills in the distance. The wide-open sky stretched endlessly above, holding that special stillness you only find out here. What caught my eye was the small cluster of trees on the horizon — a simple stand marking the Chesterfield cemetery. There was something profound in that contrast: the vastness of the land, the endless road, and the quiet resting place tucked away beneath those trees. I lifted my camera, drawn to the balance between eternity and impermanence, and captured this moment in black and white.
